Iron County Wrestling Academy (ICWA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, community-backed youth wrestling club operating under Cedar Jr. Wrestling, Inc. Originally founded as Cedar Jr. Wrestling, our program expanded as we grew to serve athletes feeding into both Cedar High School and Canyon View High School—which led to the creation of Iron County Wrestling Academy. Today, we welcome K–8th Grade wrestlers from across Iron County who will eventually wrestle for Canyon View High School, Cedar High School, and Parowan High School.
Our mission is to help young athletes fall in love with the sport of wrestling while building essential life skills like character, discipline, personal accountability, grit, and self-dedication. Supported by a dedicated team of volunteer coaches, we provide a fun, positive, and challenging environment where every athlete—from first-time beginners to experienced competitors—is coached to reach their full potential.
Ultimately, our goal is to prepare every athlete for their next level. We want our wrestlers to enter high school as true competitors, not just participants—equipped with the skills, mindset, and work ethic needed to compete and succeed at the high school level and wherever their dreams and drive take them.
